For ongoing support, I provide flexible fractional COO services offered hourly or through monthly container-based arrangements for clients who want to secure dedicated operational leadership.

Many clients start with a project and evolve to fractional COO support as their needs grow.

Process & Implementation

Q: Do you only provide recommendations or do you help implement operational improvements?

A: Unlike traditional consultants who only provide reports, I offer hands-on implementation support. Every consulting package includes optional implementation add-ons, and my fractional COO services include direct execution assistance. I believe in partnering with your team to ensure operational improvements are successfully implemented and adopted.

Q: How long does it typically take to see results from operations consulting?

A: Most clients see initial improvements within 2-4 weeks of starting operational consulting work. Quick wins like workflow optimization and process improvements can show immediate impact, while comprehensive operational transformations typically deliver measurable results within 6-12 weeks. Fractional COO engagements provide ongoing value with continuous operational refinement and strategic guidance.

Qualifications & Experience

Q: When did your career begin and why did you get into operations?

A: I began working in operations right out of high school in 2007 as the sole administrative operator of a growing business. As the company expanded, I developed the entire backend framework — from transaction processing systems to quality assurance, accounts payable/receivable automations,  compliance frameworks, risk management programs, team training, and electronic document management systems. And the why is simple—I genuinely enjoy making life easier for everyone. What started as necessity became my passion: seeing how the right operational foundation transforms not only the business, but creates happier employees, confident leadership, satisfied clients, and smoother partnerships. Plus, everyone makes more money and is less stressed—it's a win-win I'm all about!

Q: What qualifications do you have as a fractional COO and operations consultant?

A: My qualifications span nearly 20 years across diverse industries including finance, fintech, e-commerce, online marketing, and health and wellness. I've led operational transformations for companies ranging from startups to established businesses, with experience in regulatory compliance, cross-functional team management, risk mitigation, and scalable system design. Throughout my career, I've been fortunate to work alongside incredible mentors and leadership teams who shaped my strategic thinking and operational approach. Combined with a strong professional support system, this breadth of industry experience gives me the ability to quickly understand operational challenges across different business models and apply proven solutions that work in the real world.

Q: How do you stay current with operations management best practices?

A: I continuously study operational excellence through industry research, professional development, and hands-on client work across diverse industries. My approach combines proven operational frameworks with current technology solutions and emerging best practices in remote work, automation, and scalable business systems. Working with businesses at different growth stages keeps me at the forefront of what's actually working in today's operational landscape versus what's just theoretical.

Technology & Tools

Q: What operations tech-stack do you recommend?

A: I recommend operational tools based on your specific business needs, size, and industry. I focus on systems that integrate well together and scale with your business growth. Common recommendations include: AI models (Grok, Claude, Chatgpt) Project management platforms (ClickUp, Asana) CRM systems (Pipedrive, HubSpot, Salesforce) Analytics (Tableau, Power BI) Communication tools (Slack, Intranet, Zoom) Automation solutions (Zapier, custom API integrations) ERP systems (Oracle, Sage) Help Desk (Zendesk) Email Marketing (ConvertKit, Maropost) Password Management (1Password) Training, SOP, LMS (Snagit, Descript, HeyGen, TalentLMS) And so much more!!

Q: Can you help implement new operational software and systems?

A: Yes, system implementation is a core part of my operations consulting services. I help select, configure, and implement operational software including CRMs, project management systems, communication platforms, and workflow automation tools.
