I've spent nearly 20 years solving the same problem: How do you make a business actually work—for everyone?

I started at 19 in a high-growth startup scaling 500%. My job was to make sure the business ran while the founders focused on growth.

But I quickly realized "smooth operations" wasn't about perfect processes. It was about operational clarity. Who does what and how? Are we efficient or just busy? Are we making money or bleeding it? Can we make decisions with confidence? Can leadership actually lead—or are we all just reacting?

Over the next two decades—regulated industries, traditional companies, 7-figure online businesses—the challenge was always the same:

So I became obsessed with building operational clarity.
